Since 1988, Stellar Academy has provided unique and comprehensive multisensory, structured learning education programs tailored to the needs of students with dyslexia. With small class sizes (<12/class), our nurturing and supportive environment strives to boost students’ self-esteem and confidence. Our staff are experienced in working with children with dyslexia, dysgraphia, and ADD. We foster an environment that encourages acceptance of the idea that struggle and persistence are simply a part of the learning process.

What We Do: Stellar Academy provides the dyslexic student with a nurturing learning environment tailored to their specific learning needs. We use the Slingerland Multisensory Structured Language Approach® which addresses the 5 key elements for effective reading instruction identified in the National Reading Panel Report.

Schedule: 8:15AM-3:00PM Monday-Thursday, 8:15AM-1:30 PM Fridays

Dyslexia Tutoring Services: Provides referrals for Slingerland Screenings and after-school Slingerland tutoring, either in-person or online.

Extended Daycare: Stellar Academy’s Extended Daycare provides a safe and fun environment for Stellar Academy students after school until 6:00PM. Reservations required.

Tuition

Annual $29,895.00 for full-time. (Hybrid-attendance tuition rates differ according to program selection.)
